• I understand that the "Confirmation Page" that I will receive after submitting the registration form is only a confirmation that I have submitted registration for this event, not that my school is confirmed for a trip date.
   

• I understand that my school trip will not be confirmed until I receive the trip confirmation package which will include my school invoice, maps, trip information, and track assignment.  This trip confirmation will be available after registration closes the week of September 12, 2008.  All schools that have submitted registration will be sent an email advising the school representative to check the Ag-Venture website for trip confirmation status.
   

• I agree to read the trip confirmation package thoroughly and will note any changes in the trip since my involvement in previous years.
   

• I also agree to notify Ag-Venture of any changes to my registration within 2 weeks after receiving my confirmation page.

We at Ag-Venture are excited that this field trip has become an annual event for many of the Hillsborough County Schools and the demand for this program is so great.  Unfortunately, we are not always able to confirm trips for all schools that submit registration due to space limitations and material preparation.  Because of this, we will not be able to accommodate any schools that show up for the field trip that do not receive a confirmation package.  We encourage all schools to register for this trip as soon as possible to improve your chances of being scheduled.
